By accessing this website (getrefacely.com) or engaging Refacely LLC ("Refacely," "we," "our," or "us") for cabinet refacing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Refacely provides residential and commercial cabinet refacing services in the Denver, Colorado metro area. Services include, but are not limited to, cabinet door replacement, drawer front replacement, hardware installation, and related finishing work.
All service descriptions, pricing ranges, and timelines displayed on this website are estimates and subject to change based on in-home assessment. Final pricing and scope of work will be confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
3. Quote Requests and Contact Forms
When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, you are providing information voluntarily for the purpose of receiving a free estimate. Submitting a form does not constitute a binding contract or obligation on either party.

4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided in U.S. dollars. Final project pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Refacely reserves the right to adjust pricing based on project scope changes discovered during installation. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.
5. Mobile Messaging (SMS/Text) Terms
By providing your phone number and selecting consent checkboxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Refacely LLC at the phone number provided, subject to the terms below.
Types of Messages: Refacely LLC may send two categories of messages — (1) Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates; and (2) Non-marketing messages about appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, project scheduling, and installation updates. You may opt into one, both, or neither. Consent to receive either type of message is optional and is never required to submit a form or use our services.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (720) 575-0819. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your project status and opt-in selections — typically between 1 and 5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Warranties
Refacely offers a lifetime warranty on cabinet doors and hardware installed as part of our refacing services, subject to the terms of your individual service agreement. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects and installation workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or acts of nature
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Modifications made by parties other than Refacely
- Water damage resulting from plumbing issues or improper ventilation
7. Scheduling and Access
Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area on scheduled installation dates. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refacely reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Refacely LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refacely LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Refacely for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
